Our center is designed to reduce the cost of medical care. One method of reducing costs is to eliminate the expense of itemizing bills. The facility charge for your procedure is already established and available upon request. The charge includes materials, equipment and nursing services necessary for your procedure. It does not include your doctor’s fee, anesthesiologist fees, pathology studies if required, and special items such as leg braces. A deposit will be required at the time of admission with the exception of 100% insurance coverage. Cosmetic and self-pay patients are required to pay in full at the time of admission. If special payment arrangements are necessary, please call our office prior to your surgery.
It is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage and the provisions related to your procedure at our facility prior to your surgery date.
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks are accepted methods of payment.
